Summer is Here! When one says summer is here in Miami…we think of heat!… But in reality we should be thinking of chillin’!
Are you planning to have some fun this summer? Are you going on vacation? What are you going to do that is different from other summers. Come on … Get into the chillin’ frame of mind. Most of the work I communicate and teach is all about how you observe an experience. What experience in life would you like to observe differently to create a different result? I know for sure that by observing an experience differently, you can create a different result.
What is going on in your life right now that could be shifted if you had a more “summer chillin” attitude? Would this make a difference in the way you handle it? We all need a little chillin’ and with summer here, we have no excuse.
