How powerful and wonderful to see so many amazing souls at Power Wishing in Miami the other night! Thank you for the opportunity to share my passion of this work with you and for the gift of each and every one of you!
This month we talked about embracing your best self, enhancing your sense of what you love about yourself and being in alignment with your values that are non-negotiable. Your communication and actions, whether to yourself or others, really can remain in alignment with your best self, regardless of what is going on around you. By staying focused (“anchored”) on strengthening the aspects about yourself that are non-negotiable, you are able to respond versus reacting emotionally in a way that does not represent your highest qualities. These values are yours not because of any agenda or attachment to the outcome…but just because it is you. Through a deepened practice of Power Wishing® and the Simple Results techniques, alignment with your best qualities is a natural flow and not something that you are “trying” to attain…you simply are your best qualities.
As we shared at Power Wishing:
- Use this month to create Awareness of your relationship with yourself
- Then Anchor this Awareness with our ‘Stage the Day’ technique
- Then Allow through witnessing and taking Action that is in Alignment towards what you have Anchored
- When in doubt about a decision, zone in to the feeling that you would like to feel and Anchor it in your imagination and take Actions that are a match – keep it simple!
- Do not allow the outside world to shift the anchoring you have created in your inside world. Be Patient… You will see the reflection of your inner world as your outside world. Enjoy the process.
- Stay on the focused path and do not deviate or allow others to trigger you….. If you do…it’s not a big deal…simply re-focus and move on as you continue to shift any self-sabotaging habits.
Simplify your life by creating life to be a match to who you are!
Your life will be a response to what you are asking for versus a life based on dramatic reactions or crisis.
Have Fun! Have Fun! Have Fun! As you embrace yourself, you take action in leading your life as a full expression of who you are.
